As a governor, do you ever find yourself presented with information by the headteacher or senior staff which leaves you feeling like you're being asked to make a decision but don't have the necessary background?
If so, here is a paper you might find useful. It is written for headteachers and senior staff and explains that presenting information in a way which may make sense to other staff, doesn't necessarily make sense to governors.
